The fantastic wraparound porch makes this small house look big!
This place would look right at home in the South Carolina Low Country or somewhere in Louisiana. The huge windows are arranged to maximize cross ventilation and the deep porch cuts down the sun’s heat during summer months.
The floor plan is great too - and cleverly includes two walk-in closets! At 848 square feet (not counting the porch), this is a small house rather than tiny but it still has a low impact footprint.
If it were mine, I’d have shoji screens instead of bifold doors separating the living/dining room and bedroom, and I’d probably have surface-mounted sliding screens or doors for the bathroom and walk-in closets too. You can save an amazing amount of space with sliding doors instead of swinging.
Also I’m not sure I’d keep the door from the porch to the bathroom — it’d be tempting to put in a window instead so I could have a larger shower. Put a door in one of the bedroom window openings and I’ve got a second egress point and direct access to the back deck that (of course) I’d want to build.
